Can Titan install a charger I have already purchased?

Yes. Titan installs customer-supplied EV chargers, including compatible chargers purchased through vehicle manufacturers and other retailers. Send us the charger brand and model so we can review it alongside your property requirements.

Do I need single-phase or three-phase power?

That depends on your existing electrical supply, charger requirements, vehicle and preferred charging setup. Titan can assess your switchboard and property before recommending an appropriate installation.

Will my switchboard need to be upgraded?

Not every installation requires a switchboard upgrade. Titan will assess the available capacity and condition of your existing electrical system and explain any additional work required before proceeding.

Where can an EV charger be installed?

EV wall chargers are commonly installed in garages, carports or near off-street parking areas. The most suitable location depends on where the vehicle is parked, weather exposure, the charger requirements and the cable route from the switchboard.

Will you help me set up the charger app?

Yes. Once the installation is complete, Titan can help connect the charger to your phone and guide you through the basic app setup.

Do I receive an electrical certificate?

Yes. Titan provides a Certificate of Electrical Safety for completed electrical installation work.
